· Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and machines using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

· Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and specifications.

· Perform design calculations, simulations, and analysis (strength, stress, tolerance, etc.).

· Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.

· Modify existing designs based on testing results, client feedback, or manufacturing issues.

· Support prototype development and testing.

· Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

· Participate in project planning, timelines, and cost estimation.

· Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for component selection and development.

· Troubleshoot design-related issues during manufacturing and assembly.
