Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Hachi Foods & Snacks Private Limited. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• # Handle client calls , WhatsApp, email communication

  # Take and process client orders

  # Regular & Timely follow up with customers for orders, feedback and payments

  # Update call details and follow-ups in Excel reports.

  # Prepare and send quotations & emails to potential clients.

  # Ensure all customer queries and feedback are handled on time.

  # Ensure a pleasant customer experience with On Time Delivery and clear constant communication.

  # Coordinate with operations, production and dispatch

• # Requirements:

• # Fluent in English

  # Comfortable speaking with clients

  # Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

  # 1–3 years experience in coordination / client handling / admin

  # Responsible, responsive and proactive

  # Attention to detail strong
