Job Title: CNC Turning Operator

Location: (e.g., Oragadam / Sriperumbudur / Chennai)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator to operate and maintain CNC lathe machines, ensuring precision machining of components as per drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Turning / Lathe machines to produce components as per specifications
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and minor program adjustments
Monitor machine operations and ensure quality standards are met
Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge
Maintain production records and reports
Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of CNC turning operations
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of cutting tools and inserts
Understanding of tolerances and measurements
Basic programming knowledge (Fanuc / Siemens – added advantage)

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Additional Requirements:

Willing to work in shifts
Good attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
