CNC Turning Operator – Jeanuvs Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Set up CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements and engineering specifications.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.

• Install, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces.

• Perform tool setting, tool offset corrections, and wear compensation.

• Operate CNC/VMC machines to achieve daily production targets.

• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and drawing tolerances.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate production records.

Required Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).

• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, offsets, and quality inspection.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
