CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Plasma and Laser cutting machines efficiently.

• Set up machine parameters, tools, and cutting programs.

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and job specifications.

• Perform material loading, alignment, and clamping.

• Monitor cutting quality and make necessary adjustments.

• Conduct routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Ensure safety standards and maintain a clean work area.

• Coordinate with production team to meet daily targets.

• Maintain records of production, materials, and machine performance.

Skills & Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in CNC Plasma or Laser cutting operations.

• Strong knowledge of fabrication cutting processes and sheet-metal materials.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and cutting layouts.

• Understanding of machine parameters, speed, feed, and consumables.

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (preferred).

• Ability to handle measuring instruments (vernier, tape, gauges).

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit to handle material loading and machine operations.

Education

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Fabrication, or related field.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience.
