Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to join our production team at The Monarch Enterprises. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines used in furniture manufacturing and retail interior design production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, routing, and shaping wooden and furniture materials.

• Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and production instructions.

• Ensure accurate cutting and finishing as per design specifications.

• Check material quality and dimensions before and after machining.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.

• Coordinate with the production and design teams to complete jobs on time.

• Minimize material wastage and maintain proper utilization of materials.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machine operation in furniture or woodworking production.

• Understanding of measurements, technical drawings, and cutting dimensions.

• Basic knowledge of machine settings and troubleshooting.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and meet production targets.

• Knowledge of CNC routing and panel processing will be an advantage.

Education

ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred. Candidates with practical CNC machine operating experience may also apply.

Salary : 22K-30K /- Pm

As per experience and skills; negotiable for suitable candidates.
