We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines efficiently. The candidate should ensure quality production with minimum supervision and follow safety standards.
Operate CNC Turning / Milling / VMC machines
Load and unload raw materials and parts
Set tools and offsets as per job requirements
Read and understand engineering drawings
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
Monitor machining process and maintain quality standards
Use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
Maintain daily production reports
Follow safety and company guidelines
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
Minimum 1–3 years experience in CNC operation
Knowledge of G-code & M-code (basic understanding)
Ability to read technical drawings
Good knowledge of machining process
