SKEP is looking for a skilled CNC Setter responsible for setting up, adjusting, and preparing CNC machines for production runs. The role involves ensuring machines are correctly tooled, programs are loaded, and components meet quality standards before mass production begins.
Set up CNC machines (turning/milling) as per job requirements
Load and verify CNC programs and tooling
Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments
Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments
Coordinate with operators and supervisors for smooth production
Follow safety, quality, and production standards
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
Experience as a CNC Setter (Turning / VMC / HMC)
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of cutting tools and offsets
Basic understanding of quality inspection tools
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Attention to detail and quality
Willingness to work in shifts
