Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Laser Cutting, Bending (Press Brake), Rolling, and Punching machines
Set up machines, tools, dies, and fixtures as per job requirements
Load, run, and modify CNC programs as required
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders
Ensure accurate cutting, bending, rolling, and punching of sheet metal components
Perform in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic operational issues

Qualifications & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or relevant trade
2–5 years of experience in CNC sheet metal fabrication (Laser, Bending, Rolling, Punching)

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of CNC machine operations
Ability to read technical drawings and tolerances
Knowledge of tooling, press brake setup, and rolling operations
