Position: CNC Machine Operator / Cold Forging Machine Operator

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Freshers

Departments: Production / Quality / Manufacturing / Forging & Machining

Salary & Benefits:

• 8 Hours Gross Salary: ₹17,000/month

• Approx. Net Take Home: ₹15,000/month

• Overtime: ₹68/hour

• 4 Hours OT per day

• Approx. 12-Hour Net Take Home: ₹21,000–₹22,000/month

• PF, ESI & Group Insurance

• Subsidized meal facility

• Tea & snacks twice daily

• Additional earning opportunity based on performance and company requirements

Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (Rotational)

Note: 12-hour rotational duty is mandatory.
