About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to develop CNC programs and operate programming systems for precision manufacturing of components used in control rooms, control desks, panels, and other workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify CNC programs based on engineering drawings and production requirements.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.

• Generate CNC programs using appropriate programming software.

• Set and optimize cutting parameters, tool paths, and machining processes.

• Coordinate with the Production and Design/Engineering teams for smooth execution.

• Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of components.

• Optimize programs to reduce material wastage, machining time, and production cost.

• Maintain CNC programming records and follow safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T basics.

• Knowledge of CNC machines, tools, cutting parameters, and tooling.

• Experience with CNC programming software/CAM software.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
