• Operate CNC machines for manufacturing medical components
• Read and understand engineering drawings & specifications
• Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure product quality as per medical industry standards
• Maintain production records and reports
• Follow strict safety and hygiene guidelines

✅ Required Skills:

✔ Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations
✔ Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)

• CNC machine operation & setup for casting components
• CNC programming, editing & troubleshooting
• Siemens controller operation
• Reading technical drawings & job orders
• Ensuring accuracy & quality standards
• Tool setting, offsets & machine adjustments
• Monitoring production & reducing rejection
• Routine maintenance & reporting issues
• Following safety standards

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Minimum 10 years CNC machining experience
