Job Summary

CARRLANE is looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC Operator with 2+ years of experience in CNC machine operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine setup, production, engineering drawings, and precision measuring instruments. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Milling/VMC/CNC Turning machines efficiently.

Perform machine setup, tool setting, and job loading.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.

Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.

Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

Maintain production records and machine documentation.

Follow safety, quality, and production standards.

Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.

Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2+ years of CNC operating experience.

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Good knowledge of precision measuring instruments.

Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and production.

Team player with attention to detail.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
