Qualification – ITI Diploma/Mechanical Engineer/CNC Machinist certification

Experience – 5+ years of experience required as CNC Programmer/Senior CNC Machine Operator or CNC VMC Programmer or fanuc cnc programming or siemens CNC programming

Skills & Job Descriptions

• CNC Machine Programming and Setup:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using software fanuc siemens.

• programming, setup, and operation.

• Experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D and laser cutting CNC Operatoring and CNC Programming

• Set up CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers) according to job specifications and engineering drawings.

• Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and attachments.

• Operation and Monitoring:

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts within specified tolerances.

• Diagnose and resolve CNC VMC machine issues, including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems.

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.

• Coordinate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs and upgrades.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
