We are looking for a CNC Operator cum Setter for our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precise parts according to specifications. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of CNC machinery, perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety guidelines. This role demands a high level of technical skill and attention to detail.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Setup and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per specifications.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as required.

• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification or diploma in CNC machining or a related field.

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator and Setter.

• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operations.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Attention to detail and precision in work.

• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Solid understanding of safety standards and procedures.
