Perform routine maintenance of CNC machines (routers, panel saws, edge banding machines, drilling machines).
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC equipment.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
Ensure proper calibration and alignment of machines for accurate cutting and finishing.
Repair or replace defective parts such as motors, spindles, belts, bearings, and control systems.
Maintain machine logs, maintenance records, and service reports.
Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime during breakdowns.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new CNC machines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
