CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a CNC / VMC Machine Operator (Fresher to 2 Years) who can operate CNC/VMC machines and assist in machining activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of machine operation, tools, and measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC / VMC machines as per production requirements.

• Load and unload raw materials in the machine.

• Follow instructions from the supervisor or programmer.

• Check components using measuring instruments like vernier caliper and micrometer.

• Maintain quality standards while producing components.

• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.

• Follow safety procedures in the shop floor.

• Maintain daily production records.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machines

• Ability to read basic engineering drawings

• Knowledge of measuring tools

• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment

• Basic understanding of machining processes

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die

• CNC training course is an advantage

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Teamwork and discipline

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with Freshers.
