Job Title: Mazak CNC / HMC Machine Operator
Location: Lasundra
Experience: 2–5 Years
Department: Production / Machining

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mazak CNC / HMC Machine Operator with strong hands-on knowledge of Mazatrol control. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, tooling, offset corrections, and maintaining high precision and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & set Mazak CNC / HMC machines (Mazatrol control)

• Perform Mazatrol conversational edits & offset adjustments

• Read & interpret drawings, GD&T & tolerances

• Monitor tool life, wear & first-off inspection

• Fixture setup, zero setting & job changeover

• Optimize cycle time, feeds & speeds

• Handle castings, forgings, SS & aluminum parts

• Maintain quality records, job cards & shift logs

• Follow safety, 5S & preventive maintenance practices

Education:

• ITI / Diploma (Machinist / Mechanical / Production)

• CNC / Mazak certification preferred

Experience Required:

• 4–5 years on Mazak CNC / HMC machines

• Experience in precision & mass production machining
