CNC Machine Operator

We are hiring for CNC Forming Machine Operator

Responsibilities & Duties

• Operate CNC wire forming machines and ring coiling machines for operations such as coiling, forming, wave forming, etc.

• Prepare tooling and perform machine operational setup.

• Understand job specifications and execute production accordingly.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Handle and operate Cam, Camless, 4 Axis, 12 Axis, and 13 Axis machines.

• Work on manufacturing of Tension/Torsion springs, wave washers, wire formed parts, sheet metal parts, retaining rings, and torsion with compression springs.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machine operations and setup.

• Ability to read technical drawings and job specifications.

• Understanding of spring and wire forming components manufacturing.

• Familiarity with multi-axis CNC forming machines.
