CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machines through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs, thereby minimizing downtime and supporting production efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines.

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

  • Troubleshoot CNC control systems, servo drives, motors, sensors, and PLC-related faults.

  • Conduct routine inspections and replace defective or worn-out components.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and machine history logs.

  • Ensure machines are calibrated and operating within specified parameters.

  • Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve machine availability.

  • Support machine installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgrades when required.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintenance procedures.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced equipment reliability.

  Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of CNC machines, VMC, HMC, and turning centers.

  • Understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, servo systems, and industrial automation.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and best practices.

  • Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
