CNC Machine Operator

Job Description – CNC Operator / CNC Setter Cum Operator

Location: Oragadam, Chennai
Experience: 1–4 Years
Department: Production – Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC machines as per production requirements.

• Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset corrections.

• Load and unload components and ensure smooth machine operation.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.

• Monitor production quality and conduct in-process inspections.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.

• Perform tool changes and basic machine maintenance.

• Maintain production records and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and minimize downtime.

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Experience in CNC Turning/Machining Center operations.

• Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controls.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code basics.

• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality checks.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
