Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, quality inspection, and maintaining production standards while ensuring workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or machining center equipment.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Perform dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.

• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality.

• Replace worn cutting tools and perform routine machine maintenance.

• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.

• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Keep the work area clean and organized (5S practices).

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.

• 1–5 years of experience operating CNC machines (Freshers may be considered for trainee positions).

• Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

• Understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards.

• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC control systems.

• Experience with CNC milling, turning, or VMC/HMC machines.

• Basic understanding of G-code and M-code.

• Knowledge of preventive machine maintenance.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing/production environment.

• Standing for extended periods.

• Shift work, including overtime, as required.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Production output and machine utilization.

• Product quality and rejection rate.

• Machine downtime.

• Compliance with safety and quality standards.

• On-time completion of production schedules.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
