Job Title: CNC Operator / CNC Setter
Department: Production / Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.

• Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and engineering drawings.

• Perform machine setting, tool setting, and tool offset adjustments.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and measuring instruments.

• Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality.

• Perform in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.

• Identify machining defects and report production or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain production targets and follow safety procedures.

• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Required Skills

• Experience in CNC machine operation and/or setting.

• Knowledge of CNC turning machines, tools, and offsets.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments and component inspection.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
