Operate CNC Turning and CNC VMC machines safely.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
Read engineering drawings and job cards.
Set machine offsets and perform basic tool changes.
Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Inspect parts as per quality standards and drawing specifications.
Maintain production targets with minimum rejection.
Follow 5S, safety, and company procedures.
Report machine problems or tool wear to the supervisor.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper handling and storage of finished components.
