CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines in a heavy machine shop environment

• Handle HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers) and HBM (Horizontal Boring Machines)

• Perform machine setup, tool loading, job setting, and program adjustments

• Work with G-code and M-code to run and modify CNC programs

• Ensure machining accuracy and maintain part quality as per specifications

• Conduct measurements using standard instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)

• Maintain production records and adhere to safety and 5S practices

• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow

Key Skills Required

• CNC operation for heavy machine shop

• Experience in HMC and HBM machines

• Knowledge of G-code & M-code in CNC operations

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings

• Hands-on experience with machining large/heavy components

• Strong understanding of machine parameters, offsets, and program edits

• Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related fields

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in CNC machine operation

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
