Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC pipe cutting machines for cutting metal pipes or tubes.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Load raw pipe material into the machine and ensure proper alignment.
Program or adjust machine parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate, and dimensions.
Monitor machine operation to ensure precise cutting and prevent defects.
Measure finished products using measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Maintain production records and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
