Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Router machine safely and efficiently.

• Read and understand CNC drawings, designs and cutting files.

• Load and set MDF, plywood, acrylic, laminate and other materials properly.

• Check machine settings, tool selection, speed and cutting depth.

• Run CNC programs and monitor the machine during operation.

• Check dimensions and quality of cut panels after machining.

• Identify and report machine or cutting problems.

• Maintain proper accuracy and minimize material wastage.

• Change cutting tools/bits when required.

• Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.

• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.

• Coordinate with the CNC programmer, production team and supervisor.

Required Skills

• CNC Router machine operating experience.

• Basic knowledge of CNC cutting, drilling, grooving and engraving.

• Ability to understand measurements and drawings.

• Knowledge of MDF, plywood and furniture materials.

• Basic knowledge of CNC software/program files is preferred.

• Good attention to accuracy and finishing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
