Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Siemens controllers.

• Operate and program CNC machines as per engineering drawings.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and component specifications.

• Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and offsets.

• Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality during machining.

• Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.

• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in CNC programming.

• Hands-on knowledge of Siemens CNC controllers.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

• Knowledge of CNC turning or VMC machining will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with practical knowledge of Siemens-controlled CNC machines, precision component machining, and production planning will be preferred.
