CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Job Description

·        Must possess knowledge of Sheet Metal drawings and safely perform Laser Cutting operations without any supervision

·        Select and Set-up lenses and nozzles based on material type and thickness

·        Load and Select the appropriate cutting programs and set up machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment. Use appropriate jigs & fixtures as and when required for cutting special jobs

·        Establish proper stop location and adjust laser beam focal point

·        Inspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirements

·        Inspect all manufactured parts, follow work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish specified standards

·        Perform Daily & Weekly Maintenance of machine

Skills / Requirements

·       Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required

·       Ability to interpret technical documents & drawings

·       Adherence of safety standards

·       Good communication & interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Package CTC – Rs. 20,000/month to Rs. 24,000/month
  Note: For Freshers - Take Home Salary will be 19,000/month for diploma candidates & Rs. 20,000 for BE/B.tech graduates after deducting ESI, Food allowance, Accommodation.

• Regular Employment 9am to 6pm job with 1hr rest intervals

• ESI, Statutory Annual Bonus, Increments, Overtime & Incentives

• Food - Lunch shall be provided

• Free Company Shared Accommodation if required

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
