Civil site supervisor

We are looking for a Civil site supervisor to join our team at Avenew Realcon Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise construction activities such as excavation, concreting, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.

·         Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and plans.

·         Monitor labor productivity and assign tasks efficiently.

·         Check materials and workmanship for quality compliance.

·         Ensure adherence to IS codes and project specifications.

·         Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for inspections.

·         Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

·         Assist in scheduling work activities as per project timeline.

·         Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower.

·         Enforce site safety rules and use of PPE.

·         Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions.

·         Conduct basic safety briefings/toolbox talks.

·         Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).

·         Record labor attendance and work output.

·         Report delays, issues, and progress to senior engineers.

·         Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

·         Check material deliveries and storage conditions. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
