The role includes managing batch processing, monitoring coating and calcination parameters, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with quality control and maintenance teams. Candidates with a diploma or higher qualification in chemical, mechanical, or related fields are eligible to apply. Prior experience in pigment, minerals, or chemical manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
