We Are Hiring A Chemical Production Engineer (25 Nos.)

Job Description:

A Production Chemical Engineer oversees, scales, and optimizes chemical manufacturing processes on the shop floor. They troubleshoot production bottlenecks, enforce strict safety and environmental standards, and manage daily shift activities to maximize product quality and cost-efficiency.

Salary:

Rs.20,000/- To Rs.40,000/- Per Month

Experience:

Fresher Students Required For Chemical Production Department

Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in Chemical Engineering or

BSc. / MSc. in Chemistry.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Process Optimization: Analyze and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, increase output, and reduce operational costs.

2- Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve equipment or process issues. Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly comply with environmental regulations, safety codes, and industry standards. Conduct regular risk assessments.

4- Quality Assurance: Monitor production parameters to guarantee the end product consistently meets exact physical, chemical, and quality specifications.

5- Team Leadership & Data Analysis: Compile and analyze production data. Lead shift operations and provide technical training to production staff.

Skills Required:

1- Understanding of continuous reactions and distillations, exceptional problem-solving abilities.

2- Strong knowledge of chemical principles, processes, and equipment.

3- Fluency In English Written & Verbal.

4- Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office for making reports on Excel & Word.

5- Team & Time Management.
