. Mechanical Fitter – SPM, Jigs & Fixtures

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram
Vacancies: 3 Positions
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and fitting of SPMs, Jigs, Fixtures and Automation Machines.

• Read and understand mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.

• Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, alignment and mechanical fitting work.

• Assemble pneumatic cylinders, linear guides, bearings and mechanical components.

• Check machine alignment, dimensions and movement of assemblies.

• Support machine trials, installation and commissioning.

• Rectify mechanical issues during assembly and trials.

• Maintain tools, machines and workplace according to 5S standards.

• Coordinate with design, production and electrical teams.

• Travel to customer sites for installation and service when required.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI Fitter, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SPM, Jigs, Fixtures or machine assembly.

• Ability to understand mechanical drawings.

• Good knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer and height gauge.

• Experience in pneumatic and mechanical assembly will be preferred.

• Willingness to work at customer sites and during project deadlines.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
