Job Description

Rudhra Solar & Aqua India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced AutoCAD Design Engineer specializing in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing engineering drawings, plant layouts, piping layouts, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams for water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and UF projects.

• Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings and equipment layouts.

• Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).

• Create piping layouts, civil layouts, and structural drawings.

• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineers.

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Revise drawings based on client comments and site requirements.

• Maintain drawing revisions and prepare as-built drawings after project completion.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.

• Support the project execution team with technical drawings and documentation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D knowledge is an added advantage).

• Experience in STP, ETP, WTP, RO, or UF plant design.

• Knowledge of PFD, P&ID, GA Drawings, Equipment Layouts, and Piping Layouts.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in STP/ETP/WTP design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MBBR, SBR, MBR, RO, UF, and Water Treatment Systems.

• Experience in preparing BOQ/BOM.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
