CAD Designer (DFM + Client & Project Handling)

Location: New Delhi | Company: 3D Paradise

We are hiring a CAD Designer who can design, manage clients, and lead projects independently. The ideal candidate must understand DFM, talk to leads on phone, identify their requirements, and deliver complete solutions using 3D Printing, CNC, Sheet Metal, and other manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D CAD models, assemblies & manufacturing-ready drawings.

• Apply DFM for 3D printing, CNC, sheet metal & fabrication.

• Handle incoming leads, discuss requirements, and provide technical solutions.

• Manage projects end-to-end with full ownership.

• Coordinate with production teams for manufacturing and delivery.

Skills Required

• Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Creo).

• Knowledge of DFM, GD&T, tolerances, and materials.

• Good communication skills for client handling.

• Ability to work independently and lead projects.

• Experience in 3D printing/manufacturing preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years in CAD design or mechanical product development.

• Engineering degree or diploma preferred.

• Owns his personal laptop.
