• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly production plans as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.

• Monitor production progress against planned targets and ensure timely completion.

• Check raw material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase to avoid production delays.

• Track WIP and finished goods status and maintain proper production records.

• Monitor manpower, machine capacity and production schedules.

• Coordinate with the Production team to achieve daily/monthly production targets.

• Plan and coordinate finished goods dispatch as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.

• Ensure finished goods are properly inspected, packed, labeled and ready for dispatch.

• Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles for timely dispatch.

• Verify quantity, part number, packing and dispatch documents before shipment.

• Prepare and maintain production, PPC, stock and dispatch reports.

• Monitor pending orders, production status and dispatch schedules.

• Follow up with concerned departments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Handle day-to-day production planning and dispatch-related issues.

• Maintain proper documentation and update ERP/MIS records.

• Ensure smooth material flow from Production → Finished Goods → Dispatch → Customer Delivery.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of PPC, Production Planning and Dispatch Operations.

• Knowledge of manufacturing/automobile/sheet-metal industry preferred.

• Good command of Finsys, MS Excel and ERP software.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Good planning, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage production schedules and dispatch deadlines.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and transporters.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
