Assistant Production Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join our team at Shekharson Technologies LLP. The role involves supporting production operations, operating and monitoring machinery, coordinating assembly activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth functioning of the production floor.

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

• Supervise and support daily production activities.

• Assemble, pack, and inspect products as per company quality standards.

• Maintain production records, tool room records, and inventory.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

• Identify and report machine, electrical, mechanical, or production-related issues.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.

• Support tool improvements, machine modifications, and new mold trials.

• Coordinate with the production, maintenance, quality, and service teams.

• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed on the production floor.

• Assist in achieving daily production targets and improving production efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Ability to understand basic machine drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Willingness to work on the production floor and handle machinery.

• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
