# Production Supervisor – Wooden Toy Manufacturing Unit
## Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily production activities.
* Coordinate production and maintain production planning.
* Ensure smooth operation of wooden toy manufacturing processes.
* Perform material inspection, packing, and quality checks.
* Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
* Maintain production records and prepare reports.
* Report daily production status to the Manager.
* Identify and implement production process improvements.
* Possess basic knowledge of woodworking machinery and machine troubleshooting.
## Requirements:
* 2–5 years of manufacturing experience (preferably in wooden toys or woodworking).
* Basic knowledge of woodworking machines and technical operations.
* Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).
