Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining production, reducing waste, and improving quality.
Production Support: Monitor schedules, analyze output, and troubleshoot issues with manufacturing equipment and processes.
Project Work: Support new product introductions (NPI) and help design efficient manufacturing cells and layouts.
Documentation: Create/update work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project reports.
Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards (like GMP) and report unsafe practices, assisting with preventative maintenance.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Essential Skills:
Technical: CAD software, MS Office, understanding of manufacturing principles, basic Lean/Six Sigma.
Analytical: Problem-solving, critical thinking, data interpretation.
Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, attention to detail, time management, leadership potential.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production).
Relevant licenses may be required.
0-2 years of experience, often entry-level.
