Assistant Production Manager

Gedik Asia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Manager with prior experience in the manufacturing of welding electrodes to join our growing industrial team.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of welding electrode production processes, production planning, quality control, raw material management, and factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality standards, and managing manpower within the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily welding electrode production operations
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
• Monitor quality control processes and maintain industry standards
• Manage raw material usage, batch control, and production records
• Coordinate with technical, maintenance, and quality departments
• Optimize production processes to reduce wastage and improve productivity
• Ensure workplace safety and proper factory discipline
• Train and guide production staff and machine operators

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in welding electrode manufacturing is mandatory
• Strong understanding of flux formulation, wire handling, coating processes, and baking operations
• Knowledge of production planning and inventory management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle production troubleshooting and operational challenges
• Good communication and reporting skills

Candidates with hands-on factory experience and strong technical expertise in welding consumable manufacturing will be given preference.
