Execute daily production plans as per schedule, batch requirements and customer specifications.
Supervise dry-fruit processing, sorting, grading, roasting, seasoning/coating, blending and packing operations.
Ensure Safety, Quality, Productivity, Yield and Timely Delivery on the shop floor.
Manage production manpower, shift allocation, attendance, discipline and productivity.
Monitor yield, wastage, rejection, rework and material consumption and drive improvement.
Ensure correct raw materials, packaging materials, recipes, SKU, batch coding and labelling.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, Planning and Dispatch for smooth production.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, BRCGS, hygiene and food-safety requirements.
Ensure proper line clearance, cleaning, sanitation and changeover procedures.
Maintain batch records, production reports, material reconciliation, downtime and other production documentation.
Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Support customer/private-label production requirements, audits and quality inspections.
Drive 5S, continuous improvement, productivity enhancement and cost/wastage reduction.
Identify process deviations and take timely corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure complete batch traceability and documentation for every production run.
Lead the team with strong ownership, discipline and execution focus.
