*Job Title:* Production Assistant Manager

*Department:* Production

*Location:* kasna gr. noida

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a Production Assistant Manager to support the production team, ensure smooth operations, and help achieve production targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Assist in planning and scheduling production activities

- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely production and material availability

- Monitor production progress and report to management

- Help implement process improvements and quality checks

- Support inventory management and material handling

*Requirements:*

- B.E./B.Tech or MBA in Operations/Production Management

- 2-5 years of experience in production planning or related role

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management

*Preferred:*

- Experience in manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of ERP systems
