Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive – Accessories with strong hands-on experience in Door & Window Accessories / Hardware Sales.

The ideal candidate should have experience in core sales and customer management, preferably from the uPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors / Door & Window Hardware / Fenestration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Door & Window Accessories in the assigned region.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects and End Customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Manage existing customers for business growth and retention.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and regional business objectives.

• Implement sales strategies and monitor market performance.

• Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.

• 4+ years of experience in Building Materials / Core Sales & Marketing.

• Strong experience in Door & Window Accessories / Hardware Sales is preferred.

• Candidates from uPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Door & Window Hardware backgrounds preferred.

• Experience dealing with Fabricators and Dealers is highly desirable.

• Candidates currently or previously working with companies such as Kinlong, DNV, 9 Bearing or similar Door & Window Hardware / Accessories companies will be preferred.

• Industries like Fenestration, Building Materials, Accessories Sales, Channel Sales.

Important: This is a core Accessories Sales role. Candidates with only general building-materials sales experience and without relevant Door & Window Accessories / Hardware exposure may not be suitable.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
