An Admin Executive, Production manages daily administrative and logistical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of production activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating communication between production, logistics, and other departments, managing production documentation, tracking schedules, and providing administrative support for the production team. They also handle office supplies, assist with budget and financial record-keeping, and ensure operational and compliance requirements are met. 

Key responsibilities

• Coordination and communication: Act as the liaison between production, logistics, supply chain, and other departments to facilitate a seamless workflow and efficient communication.

• Documentation and record-keeping: Manage and maintain production-related documents, such as schedules, contracts, and reports, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and compliant.

• Schedule and resource management: Develop and update production schedules, monitor deadlines, and arrange necessary logistics like meetings and travel.

• Office and supply management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure the workplace is functional and well-maintained.

• Financial administration: Assist with budget planning, process invoices and payments, and maintain financial records related to production activities.

• Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the production team, assist with HR tasks like onboarding, and help prepare reports and presentations. 

Key skills and qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry, is often required.
