Job Description – Accounts Manager

We are hiring for an Accounts Manager role with Our Client., a well-established and trusted name in the textile manufacturing industry with over 50 years of legacy in premium velvet production.

This is a critical role for finance professionals who bring strong accounting fundamentals, process ownership, and the ability to drive financial discipline in a manufacturing setup.

🔹 Position Details

• Role: Accounts Manager

• Experience: 6 – 11 Years

• Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Textile Background (Highly Preferred)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

📍 Job Location

• Kalbadevi (Zaveri Bazaar), Mumbai

• Travel Requirement: Weekly visit to Dombivli for audit-related activities

💰 Compensation

• CTC: ₹5 – ₹9 LPA
  (Final offer based on experience, current CTC, and interview performance)

🕒 Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:15 PM

🔹 Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and supporting management with actionable financial insights. The role requires a hands-on approach along with team handling capability.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records using Tally (ERP / Prime)
• Oversee end-to-end accounting including finalization of accounts
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
• Handle and coordinate internal and external audits
• Prepare and review MIS reports and financial statements
• Monitor financial controls and identify process improvements
• Supervise and guide junior accounting team members
• Support management with financial planning and analysis

🔹 Candidate Profile (Must Have)

• 6–11 years of relevant accounting experience
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
• First Preference: Experience in Manufacturing or Textile industry
• Strong knowledge of finalization, GST, TDS, and compliance
• Experience in handling audits and financial reporting
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Stable career track record preferred
