Reports To: Engineering Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving products and processes. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles to solve technical problems, enhance efficiency, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Conduct research and feasibility studies.
Monitor production processes and ensure quality control.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, purchase, sales).
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Prepare technical reports and documentation.
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Continuously improve systems and processes for better efficiency.
