Search and identify relevant government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQ, terms, and deadlines.
Prepare tender documentation, including technical and commercial bids.
Coordinate with sales, finance, technical, legal, and management teams for required information and approvals.
Prepare quotations, bid forms, compliance sheets, and other tender-related documents.
Ensure all documents meet tender requirements and are submitted before deadlines.
Manage EMD, tender fees, security deposits, bank guarantees, and other financial requirements.
Upload bids through e-tendering portals such as government or corporate procurement platforms.
Maintain records of submitted, awarded, rejected, and ongoing tenders.
Track tender results, corrigenda, clarifications, and amendments.
Coordinate with clients/departments regarding queries, negotiations, purchase orders, and contracts.
Maintain a database of tender opportunities and competitor/bid information.
Prepare regular reports on tender status and business opportunities.
Required Skills

Typical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in tendering, procurement, sales coordination, or commercial operations is preferred.
