Migration Agent Assistant

The Role:

As a Migration Agent Assistant, you will support our experienced migration agents in providing top-notch service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in the migration industry. We handle work from Australia and also expanding to other countries as well. So short listed candidate is expected to have knowledge of more than one country process (Training will be provided as required).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing visa applications and supporting documents

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information

Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility for various visa types

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Stay updated on immigration laws and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory)

Strong academic record

Excellent English language skills (writing, speaking, listening, and reading)

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
