LEGAL OFFICER KRI of a Legal Officer: Timely visit to SRO for creation of Mortgages well before the disbursement planned date. Timely visit for discharge of mortgages for fore-closures and cancellation loans. Liaising with Seller and visiting SRO office for completing purchase transactions and collection of all the original property documents. Visiting the BT Banker / Financier to handover the cheque. Co-ordinating with BT Bank to get the original property documents. Assigning on day to day business as per requirement
