Legal Manager

Position: Legal Manager – Sarfaesi & Enforcement

Location: Gopalbari, Jaipur
Experience: 2–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle SARFAESI legal work for retail / Micro-LAP cases in Rajasthan

• Prepare and file Section 14 applications before CJM / CMM / DM

• Coordinate with courts, police, and Authorised officer for possession cases

• Ensure proper documentation, and compliance for legal actions

• Track case progress and maintain legal MIS / status reports

• Liaise with central legal team for 13(2) & 13(4) related coordination

• Travel within Rajasthan as required for court and enforcement work

Eligibility & Skills

• Law graduate (LLB) with 2–3 years of relevant legal experience

• Practical exposure to SARFAESI / recovery / enforcement matters (preferred)

• Familiarity with district courts and local legal procedures in Jaipur

• Comfortable with documentation, follow-ups, and field coordination

• Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Good communication and coordination skills
